The Talossan Republic is a federal, democratic and social state.

We are a federal republic with three provinces, that have autonomy with respect to their constitutional development and cultural affairs.

We are a democratic republic because all power in our political system is exercised by the people, whether directly through referenda, or indirectly through the election of public representatives.

We are a social republic because all of our citizens are equal. There is no hereditary succession of any kind in our Republic, and no aristocracy or titled nobility. All of our leaders, from the highest to the lowest, owe their position to a democratic vote of their fellow citizens.
